Born in Brno in 1955, finished high school and pedagogic faculty of UJEP, with specialization in fields of Czech language and teaching of Arts, where he was educated among others by professors Petr Veselý and Miroslav Štolf. Beside that, he increased his education and skills with academic painter Petr Skácel.
     Beside pedagogic work, Vladimir Wagner is also skilled and working on illustration and painting. One of his important work pieces is stations of Cross, in Hus corps, in Farská street in Prague, and stations of Cross in Žižka’s corps in Červený Kostelec.
     He lives and works in Prague.
